Adventure In Nature

Both cycle trails at Marrinup and Turner Hill are nestled amongst the forrest where Jarrah, Marri, Blackbutt and Bullich trees are common.  The distinctive Zamia Palm and the iconic Grass Tree or Balga provide protection for the Western Grey Kangaroo, Emus, Brush-Tailed Wallabies, Goannas and the occasional Echidna.  Who will you meet on the track?

RIDING SAFELY

Wearing cycle helmets on designated roads is compulsory on Western Australia and highly recommended while track riding. No specialised riding wear is required, although closed footwear is essential in the Australian bush. Always carry water.   Slower or faster riders may be encountered so please be courteous. The trails have a number of jumps and log overs. Ride around them if you are unsure of the bike’s or your own ability to negotiate them. Ride safe and have fun!
