Dwellingup Hotel
Great Times At the 'Dwelly' Pub
The Dwellingup Hotel is a cultural icon in Dwellingup,. Opened in 1911, it is one of the few buildings that survived the 1961 Dwellingup fires. Wander through its beautifully restored rooms and enjoy a cosy pint by the fire, or sit out on a sunny day in the beer garden. Great food and good yarns are the order of the day here.
Quick facts
The Dwelly Pub is a community owned building with funds from the lease going back into the community to support local projects. For many, the pub is the centre of Dwellingup’s culture, and indeed a connection to their piece of this country through the ebb and flow of life in a small town which passes through its one and only hotel. It's a favourite stop on the drive route through the South West forest and it's a regular site to see the shiny chrome from the motorbikes of weekend riders lined up in front of the pub, eager to fuel up on a good feed and a bevvy or two. The kitchen is open for Lunch and Dinner and of course the taps are flowing anytime.
"Staying at the local Caravan Park our group decided to have Fish & Chips for Dinner.. The size of portion of fish was huge and quality was the best."
