The Forest Discovery Centre welcomes the local community and visitors. Opened in 1995, the centre is recognised for fine wood craft, the environmental interpretive centre and walk trails. It's a vibrant regional hub nurturing learning and creativity in the arts, natural environment and local heritage. The unique leaf-shaped building, set on 17 hectares of Jarrah forest, is1 km from Dwellingup town centre. Just follow the Emu Walk Trail from town. The Centre includes a retail gallery and shop showcasing quality wood craft, arts and furniture.
