Step inside, and you’ll feel the whispers of history beneath the modern touch. The original heart of the venue has been retained, a two-bedroom cottage built in 1866 to house the local magistrate and medical officer Dr Thomas Beddingfield. Restoring a heritage venue has its surprises, too; during renovations, workers unearthed Guinness bottles from the early 1900s beneath the floorboards. Now proudly on display, these relics serve as a tribute to the building’s storied past. The Exchange Hotel Pinjarra offers a captivating blend of history and excitement, where every corner tells a story.
